The Role
Overview
The Paid Social team are responsible for implementing, optimizing, and reporting on all paid social media campaigns. The purpose of this role is to support the Paid Social Manager(s) and Senior Paid Social Manager(s) in the day to day running of the allocated team.
Part of the remit is working collaboratively with all our Media Planning Practices assisting in the creation of campaigns that deliver real results for our clients. The team have a very structured learning programme in place, delivered by the best trainers in the industry. The purpose of this is to ensure a consistent level of knowledge covering everything from the basics to advanced areas of Paid social media

Responsibilities/ Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) 
A keen attention to detail and Quality Assurance of output will be critical to this role. Central to this role is a clear understanding of social media buying platforms and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Paid Social Associate will work closely with the Paid Social Manager(s), on the delivery of paid social campaigns, and will ensure that it is aligned with the overall
media rationale. This will all be delivered accurately and by adhering to processes as outlined in our ways of working.
Your profile
EXPERIENCE    
•1+ year experience of media buying is desirable but not essential. An interest in
media planning and buying is essential
• In-depth knowledge of the constantly evolving social media platforms and
media landscapes.
• Experience in running paid campaigns across multiple social platforms
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office suit of tools
