The Role
OverviewCore Creative is a team of specialists focused on bringing brilliant creative solutions to
life. The team partners with other Core Practices to help our clients build their brands
into tangible business results.
This role assumes responsibility for the management of client accounts and all facets of
client service and of the delivery of the Creative Practice services in an efficient and
effective manner.
Responsibilities/ Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)A successful Senior Client Manager reports into the Client Director and/or Business
Director and assists in managing all activities associated with servicing clients. They will
also be expected to run mid-level briefs, support the Client Director in larger projects and
act as client lead on medium sized accounts, where appropriate, with no Client Director.
Senior Client Managers also have a part to play in improving Practice processes and
optimising the running of their accounts.
Duties Include:- Day-to-day project management of all projects allocated on one or more accounts, from conceptualization through to production.
- Manage budget and be accountable for profit on all projects
- Assist with New Business activities as and when required
- Control creative output, schedules, cost estimates and financial control of production processes
- Take responsibility for managing internal and client status meetings
- Ensure appropriate sign-off on all required documentation
- Ensure delivery of exceptional creative solutions
- Have a clear understanding of the client's operational requirements and deliver briefs to agreed plans
- Continuously provide updated information regarding status of work, while managing the client's expectations, timing and output expectations with both Practice and client.
- Explore opportunities for business development with existing and potential clients
- Track Client's and project profitability where appropriate
- Manage the invoicing and financial administration within the team
- Ensure successful delivery of all client briefs on time and within budget
Your profile
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5 years’ previous Creative Agency experience with proven
track record
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and
PowerPoint
• Experience in managing large scale, complex creative campaigns is essential
• Previous experience with relevant marketing tools
• Ability to write comprehensive and insightful briefs
