The Role
The Paid Social Manager is the key support resource for Core’s clients in managing paid promotional campaigns through social media platforms. The Paid Social Manager will collaborate with respective teams to develop strategy for paid social promotions and will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on social campaigns. 2+ years digital buying experience is essential as well as excellent knowledge of social platforms and optimization techniques for social campaigns. (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok). Experience with ecommerce is crucial for this role.
 
The roles require strong collaboration and communication with the wider Media Teams & Investment teams within Core. A crucial element of this role is the candidate must be consistent in delivering the highest standard output.

Responsibilities / Key Performance Indictors (KPIs):
The role of Paid Social Manager owns the responsibility to manage, assist in planning, implement, and optimise a variety of our clients paid campaigns across all social media channels. Included in this is the use of digital ad billing tools to bridge the gap between client and supplier. This role is central to the efficient and effective running of the day-to-day digital service including ownership of paid social campaigns, capturing data insights, identifying social trends, timely and accurate billing, and working with the team to deliver innovation.
 
The Paid Social Manager will work closely with the Media Planning teams and Investment teams and will manage the delivery of the paid social campaign and will ensure that it is aligned with the overall media rationale. This will all be delivered accurately and by adhering to processes as outlined in our ways of working.
Your profile
Experience
• 2-3 years’ media experience with proven track record. Knowledge of the digital disciplines would be beneficial.
• Possess a strong understanding of paid social channels, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience with budget management tracking for paid media campaigns.
• Hands on development of solutions for automating
• A high degree of numeracy and literacy
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ecommerce experience is essential
