The Role
Overview Core Creative is a team of specialists focused on bringing brilliant creative solutions to life. The team partners with other Core Practices to help our clients build their brands into tangible business results.
This role assumes responsibility for the management of client accounts and all facets of client service and of the delivery of the Creative Practice services in an efficient and effective manner.
Responsibilities/ Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) A successful Senior Client Manager reports into the Client Director and/or Business Director and assists in managing all activities associated with servicing clients. They will also be expected to run mid-level briefs, support the Client Director in larger projects and act as client lead on medium sized accounts, where appropriate, with no Client Director. Senior Client Managers also have a part to play in improving Practice processes and optimising the running of their accounts.
Project & Client Management: Oversee day-to-day delivery of projects from concept to production, manage client relationships, and act as lead for smaller accounts or briefs.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, profitability, billing, invoicing, purchase orders, forecasting, and aged debt to ensure accurate, timely financial administration.
Creative & Strategic Input: Support and contribute to briefs, strategy, and creative sessions, ensuring high-quality output that meets client operational requirements.
Business Development: Identify opportunities with existing and potential clients, assist with new business activities, and maintain awareness of account growth potential.
Team & Culture Building: Drive positive culture, collaborate with colleagues, attend and complete training, and actively pursue personal and professional development goals.
