Overview

This role assumes responsibility for managing programmatic display and VOD campaigns for multiple client accounts. Acting as the key point of contact for programmatic activities, the Programmatic Manager collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns aligned with client objectives.
The role requires hands-on experience with digital platforms, strong optimisation techniques, and effective use of data to provide actionable insights. Additionally, the Programmatic Manager is expected to ensure best-in-class campaign delivery, accurate billing, and quality assurance while fostering innovation.
Collaboration with the Media Teams and Exchange teams within Core is essential. The ideal candidate must uphold Core's values, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and deliver consistent high-quality outputs across all campaigns.

Responsibilities


Agency Performance
  • Own programmatic campaigns, working with Media Planning and Central Teams to ensure efficient delivery of the media buying process.
  • Manage digital buying campaigns from start to end, including project management, setup, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Support Media Teams by addressing client queries, ensuring high-performance quality assurance, and coordinating reports.
  • Ensure audit recommendations from Business and Client Directors are implemented across programmatic activities.
  • Stay informed on trends in digital media, including new formats, technologies, and channels, to provide clients with cutting-edge recommendations.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time while following established processes.
  • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to Media Teams to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Analyse platform data to generate insights and identify actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Collaborate on post-campaign reviews and prepare materials for client presentations.
  • Adopt and promote an accuracy culture through excellent attention to detail.

 

Commercial Performance
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in client and supplier billing by following efficient processes.
  • Apply Core's established workflows to all programmatic activities.
  • Track and manage media budgets for paid campaigns and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Build efficiencies and processes within the Programmatic Team while working collaboratively with the wider Investment Teams.
  • Maintain consistency in quality assurance across all campaigns, ensuring all media activity is delivered error-free.
  • Communicate new innovations and deals to Media Teams, ensuring they are followed up effectively.

 

Talent Management
  • Commit to personal development through Core's internal training programmes and actively participate in learning opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and contribute to the creation of strategies to deliver against these priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Programmatic Client Director to ensure consistent high standards in team output and personal development.

Your profile

Experience
  • 2–3 years’ experience in digital media buying with a proven track record of managing programmatic Display and VOD campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360, Amobee, Google Ads, DCM) and budget management for paid media campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with 3rd-party tracking tools (e.g., DoubleClick) is preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
